Las Vegas - Leave the Strip

I have never done this exact itinerary, but I play golf in the Vegas area once or twice every year, so these recommendations are based on the highlights from various trips, keeping in mind most people are in Vegas for only a few days at a time. The headline is: leave the strip. Sure, play The Wynn. I did it once. It’s cushy. But you need to get off the strip to take advantage of the wonders of desert golf.

Note on Vegas seasonality: you can play all year round, but if it’s winter, you’ll have a much shorter day. You can’t tee off later than early afternoon because you will run out of daylight.
